📖 സഫർ മാസത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്
The second month of the Islamic calendar.
Safar literally means void or empty. Historically, it referred to the time of year when houses were empty as people went out to travel, forage, or engage in trade.
ഇസ്ലാമിക് കലണ്ടർ മാസങ്ങൾ
ചന്ദ്രപ്പിറവി അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള 12 മാസങ്ങളാണ് ഹിജ്റ കലണ്ടറിലുള്ളത്:
1. മുഹറം
അർത്ഥം: വിലക്കപ്പെട്ടത്/വിശുദ്ധം
One of the four sacred months and the first month of the Islamic year.
2. സഫർ നിലവിലുള്ളത്
അർത്ഥം: ശൂന്യം
The second month of the Islamic calendar.
3. റബീഉൽ അവ്വൽ
അർത്ഥം: ഒന്നാം വസന്തം
The month of the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
4. റബീഉൽ ആഖിർ
അർത്ഥം: രണ്ടാം വസന്തം
The fourth month of the Islamic calendar.
5. ജമാദുൽ അവ്വൽ
അർത്ഥം: ഒന്നാം വരണ്ട ഭൂമി
The fifth month of the Islamic calendar.
6. ജമാദുൽ ആഖിർ
അർത്ഥം: രണ്ടാം വരണ്ട ഭൂമി
The sixth month of the Islamic calendar.
7. റജബ്
അർത്ഥം: ആദരവ്/ബഹുമതി
One of the four sacred months, hosting the night of Isra' and Mi'raj.
8. ശഅബാൻ
അർത്ഥം: ചിതറിയത്
A month of spiritual preparation for Ramadan, containing Laylat al-Bara'at.
9. റമദാൻ
അർത്ഥം: കഠിനമായ ചൂട്
The holiest month of fasting, prayer, and the revelation of the Qur'an.
10. ശവ്വാൽ
അർത്ഥം: ഉയർത്തപ്പെട്ടത്
Starts with the festival of Eid al-Fitr.
11. ദുൽഖഅദ്
അർത്ഥം: യുദ്ധവിരുദ്ധ മാസം
One of the four sacred months where warfare was strictly forbidden.
12. ദുൽഹിജ്ജ്
അർത്ഥം: ஹജ്ജ് മാസം
Hosts the Hajj pilgrimage, the Day of Arafah, and Eid al-Adha.
