أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ

Transliteration (Pronunciation Guide)

"Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasooluh, Allahummaj-'alnee minat-tawwabeena waj-'alnee minal-mutatadh-hireen"

Urdu Translationاردو ترجمہ

میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں وہ اکیلا ہے، اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں، اور میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ محمد ﷺ اس کے بندے اور رسول ہیں۔ اے اللہ! مجھے توبہ کرنے والوں میں بنا اور پاک صاف رہنے والوں میں بنا۔

English Meaning

"I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. O Allah, make me of those who repent and make me of those who purify themselves."

When to Recite

Recited after finishing ablution (Wudu) before performing Salah.
